Key Features of the Walinga 7614 DLX
High Capacity and Versatility
The PTO-Driven Walinga 7614 DLX handles grain with impressive speed and pressure, up to 5,500 BPH for lighter grains like barley or corn and 4,800 BPH for heavier crops like beans, unloading at 13' 8". Pump-style grain vacs like the 7614DLX generally sacrifice a small amount of performance compared to the fan-style blower of an AGI VRX, but with the benefit of substantially higher pressures, ideal for pushing grains vertically and over long distances, offering tremendous flexibility in tougher environments. 130 to 150 horsepower (1000 PTO Standard) is recommended for optimal performance.
Durable Construction
The standout features of the 7614 DLX begin with its Walinga-built 614 SRT Blower, combined with a Rhino-lined receiver tank and boom cyclone. Rhino liner is a smooth, ultra-high wear, high-density product that protects the most active areas of the main tank and discharge. It can be replaced during regular service, greatly reducing the cost of ownership over years of operation and in high wear environments.
Advanced Hydraulic System
The 7164DLX also ships standard with fully self-contained hydraulics that includes convenient hydraulic boom lift and rotation. This rugged hydraulic gear drive means boom movements and smooth and controlled, with easy maneuverability in tight spaces and easy operation for new owners.
Precision-Built Blower and Airlock
With years of manufacturing experience, the Walinga 7614's 614 SRT blower is one of our favorites, offering low operating noise, an exceptional lifespan in standard working environments, lower ownership costs, and high performance in a small package.
The 7614's #2018 Cast Iron Shell airlock lives in a precision machined housing with a 10 vane rotor and rugged Hardox steel tips, built to match the 614 perfectly in performance.
Flexible and Efficient Hose Packages
The 7614 supports a wide range of working conditions with its excellent standard 6" pipe package, including flex tubes, flex hose, straight pipe, and cleanup ends. For longer runs or high-wear grains, consider optional straight-pipe expansion kits and custom ball-joint adapters to reduce friction and increase performance.
