The advanced temperature controls build into each Chem-Vac don't come at the expense of speed, with capacities ranging from 15,000 lb/hr to 135,000 lb/hr. Long distance and even vertical transfers are made easier than ever with custom built positive displacement air pumps, as well as easy to extend piping. When it comes time to clean, simply remove the bottom of the convenient air filtration canisters, inspect for damage, rinse the sides, and you're ready for the next job! This bagless filtration system makes it easier for anyone to operate the machine, while reducing the labor associated with cleaning bag-style filters.

Model 100
The Model 100 Chem Vac is rated for 40,000 lbs per hour of temperature sensitive materials, with a 4" line size, 15 psi positive displacement pump, pressure/vacuum relief protection, 1.23 cfr airlock, reversible hydraulic chain drive, integrated silencers, and a Caterpillar C6.6 diesel engine mounted in a custom enclosure. This configuration is designed to produce 50 hp and be capable of being used in-town and near populated areas without requiring additional sound reduction, while keeping overall operating costs low.
Model 150
The Model 150 Chem Vac is rated for 100,000 lbs per hour of temperature sensitive materials. With a 6" line size compared to the 4" of the Model 100, the 150 is built to handle high capacities with heavy or unfavorable materials. A 15 psi positive displacement pump, pressure/vacuum relief protection, powerful 1.85 cfr airlock, reversible hydraulic chain drive, and 75 hp Caterpillar engine make the Model 150 an easy-to-transport powerhouse!
Model 200
For industrial businesses who want performance above all else, the Model 200 offers it all in one rugged package. Rated for 135,000 lbs per hour, its upgraded 100 hp Caterpillar powerplant is capable of high velocity transfers without excess heating, while the truck unload discharge makes transfer a breeze. Using 6" lines, a 15 psi positive displacement pump, dual pressure/vacuum relief protection, a 1.85 cfr airlock, and a reversible hydraulic chain drive, we love the Model 200 for it's durable, reliable transfer capacity.
