QT100 steel serves as the foundation of their designs, used throughout the entire trailer body. Its improved tensile strength versus standard high strength steel and resilience to long term breakage contributes to the 2 year bumper to bump and 5 year structural warranty that comes standard on every Brandt trailer model.
In addition to this, Brandt has expanded their line quickly to offer industry-leading capacities of up to 85 tons, offering support for ever-growing high capacity excavation equipment, material handling trucks, and agricultural implements. The C550 55-ton trailer acts as their most flexible multi-use model, with an industry leading deck well length of 26' 10", expanded boom well, and support for a variety of jeeps and boosters to expand utilize across any oversize load.

When beginning the design and manufacturing process nearly a decade age, Brandt took the opportunity to improve on common wear items; starting with a design that uses a fully adhesive gel powdercoat. The gel-based formula achieves a much stronger bond to the primer than conventional paints, reducing flaking, cracking, and corrosion at wear points and across the undercarriage. To match this, the wiring harness arrive standard fully sealed in a sheath to protect from rubbing, road salt, and strikes from foreign debris. A high strength lockable enclosure also protects the fuel injected gas engine and hydraulic system that operates the RGN, in an effort to reduce maintenance items outside of the standard service intervals.
