Top Drive
Housed in a sealed oil bath with an integrated chain tightener, the top drive resists heat, debris, and moisture that can reduce the overall lifespan of the auger. This also serves to protect the #80 roller chain and sprockets, allowing operators many hours of use between overhauls.
Undercarriage
The broad stance, yet easy to move design of the square tube undercarriage improves stability at uneven sites, while providing additional protection against high winds. In addition, the undercarriage uses high quality hubs and bearings that extend useful life in high wear environments.
Intake
Double flighting intakes maximize effective flow rates for a 10" auger. Combined with compact safety guards, the 1036 is able to access small bin ports more easily than other traditional designs.
